    Cancellations

Although Corporate College is committed to delivering all classes that are scheduled, there are times when a class is canceled due to minimum enrollment requirements. If Corporate College cancels a class, a 100 percent refund is automatically processed for students who do not choose to transfer to another available class.

Please make sure to update your student information when registering for a class. College personnel will make every attempt to notify registered students of class cancellations using the information listed on the student’s account. You may also inquire by calling the enrollment office at 216-987-6000 (Option 1).

    Refunds

Refunds can be processed using the credit card used at the time of payment at the request of the student. Otherwise, all refunds are paid by check from Cuyahoga Community College District to the student regardless of the method or source of original registration payment. Please allow three to four weeks for the refund check to be processed and mailed to the address given at the time of registration. If there has been an address change, please provide the corrected address with your withdrawal request.

    Online Course Extensions

    PRE-LICENSING EDUCATION

Ohio Pre-licensing courses expire six months after the date of purchase. Each student will be granted a one-month extension at no charge, to be applied immediately after the initial six-month term. For any reactivation or extension of the course after the seventh month, the student will need to contact Corporate College and register for the extension, which will be 20% of the current retail price of the course for each 30-day extension or partial 30-day extension in the event that the course finally terminates before the end of the final 30-day extension. Students may also elect to re-enroll for 50% of the current retail price of the course, if the course has hit the year expiration or the student is at the 7-month mark and wants to repurchase and restart the course and enrollment.  Extensions or reactivations cannot be granted beyond 12 months from the purchase of the course since, in all events, the course terminates 12 months after purchase.

    Re-Enrollment Policy

In cases where a minimum passing score is required on the final exam and the student fails after the allowed number of attempts, Corporate College will allow the student to re-enroll one time in a course and begin the entire course again at no additional charge. If failed a second time, the student will have to repurchase the course at full price.

    Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion will be issued to the student once the course has been completed.  Corporate College receive automated completion notices from the student course.
